Veteran entertainer Naseeruddin Shah has landed himself into another debate later he called Mughals ‘exiles’ in a new meeting. In a video coursing via online media, the entertainer could be heard saying, “The purported barbarities of the Mughals are being featured constantly. We fail to remember that the Mughals are individuals who have added to the country. They are individuals who have left enduring landmarks in the country, who have left the custom of moving, music, painting, writing. Mughals came here to make this their country. You can call them displaced people assuming you like.” The assertion made netizens enraged and they intensely savaged the entertainer for the equivalent.

The entertainer offered the comments during a meeting with Karan Thapar for The Wire. Savaging Naseeruddin, a client said “What the hell isn’t right with #naseeruddinshah ?#Mughals brought Culture, #Dance and Music? Is he on #DRUGS?” Another expressed, “He has lost his detects, need not view him in a serious way.
